Several years later she went to Iowa where she m. Eldridge, who d. a few years later. Later she m. a man from whom she separated. Some years later she moved to the state of Washington where she died.

(Note: Perhaps she was a school teacher who boarded with this family. Asahel M. Wickham had moved from Johnson Co, IA to Hardin Co, IA by 1856. However, Newton Twp in Johnson Co, IA where Asahel had lived and Cass Twp, Cedar Co, IA where Delinda lived had only 1 township between them.)
