Marguerite Elizabeth White, 93 of Columbus passed away Friday in Columbus July 23, 2010 at Autumn Place. Marguerite was born April 18, 1917 in Iowa, the daughter of William and Nora White. She never married. She had resided in California and Texas before moving to Columbus 12 years ago. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Viola Letner, Mildred Juett and Ethel White; a brother, Raymond White of Iowa. She is survived by a niece, Elaine Reynolds of Columbus and a nephew Michael Letner of Topeka. Memorial services were 10 a.m. Monday July 26, 2010 in the Murdock Chapel with Rev. Dennis Johnson officiating. She has been cremated and her ashes will be interred in the Park Cemetery.
