NOV 13, 1940 LETTER FROM RAYMOND WICKHAM, 330-3rd St., Marion IA: "My fathers name was Wm. Hazel. He had three brothers Sam, Harry & E. K. My father's name was James and he had 2 brothers that I know of Sam & Arson. My grandfathers wife's maiden name was Sarah Doherty. If you will write to Mrs. Will Beese, Lisbon, Iowa (She was a Wickham girl, cousin of my fathers) she may be able to give you more information. My mother's maiden name was Jamima Akle. She came from Pennsylvania. My folks all came from Ohio & Penns, but I do not know a lot about my ancestors. My bros. are Glen and Gifford and sister Mabel. My Uncles on Wickham side E. K. , Harry and Sam. My Great Uncles Sam & Orson. Mrs. Beese is the oldest Wickham that I know of in my family. She being around 70 years."
