SARAH ANN (ANNA MAE) WICKHAM BUTLER FAMILY BIBLE: Hitchcock's New & Complete Analysis of the Holy Bible, New York: A. J. Johnson. The Bible was given to Bert Butler in 1909 by his father. The Bible listed the children of Salathiel and Drusilla Wickham as well as the children of Jacob Wickham and the Butlers.
(This Bible had been passed on to Bill or Dutch Butler and had been lost for many years but was found in 2007 by Diane Butler Brotherton, through a notice in the newspaper.)

1940's LETTER TO ARTHUR WICKHAM FROM ANNA (SARAH ANN) WICKHAM BUTLER, 160 E. Court, Kahoka, MO: "As recorded in the old Bible:"- - " Now my family Herbert O. Butler and Anna M. Wickham was married at Kahoka, Mo. Dec. 21, 1892 at my father's home.

I am a very poor writer as you can plainly see. My mind is very good but I am proud to think I have fine fine children all married and around me happy in them and I think they are in me. Come and see us if you can. I am anxious to know what kin we are if any, but I think maybe must be. I so often wonder how many of my Father's people are still on earth. My mother's family was small her mother only had two daughers. and my grandmother was an Irish born smart nice old lady. she was born in Tyrone, Ireland. She and my step grandfather always lived with Mother and Dad until death called them away. I was just fifteen years old when she died." (Transcribed as written.)
