Jessie F. Curby, 83, Newcomerstown, died Saturday at 6 p.m. in Coshocton Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient one week.
She was born June 19, 1891, at Booth, the daughter of John H. and Louisa Stocker David [sic]. Her husband, Beal Curby, died June 19, 1956.
She is survived by a son, Paul Curby of Newcomerstown; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Mathews of Newcomerstown and Mrs. Shirley Yousko of Dover; 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Curby was a member of the Hartwood Methodist Church. Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Ourant Funeral Home. The Rev. Dwight Lyons will officiate. Burial will follow in Hartwood Church cemetery. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. tonight.
