OBIT: The Cedar Rapids Gazette, Sunday, Oct. 19, 1969: Ella C. Wickham - Mrs. Carlton E. Wickham, 86, of 1103 Seventh street SE, a Cedar Rapids resident for 30 years, died Friday after a long illness.
Born near Marengo, March 5, 1883, she was married in Cedar Rapids Jan. 10, 1938. Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Rose Pedersen of Chicago, and Mrs. Russell Stratton of Swisher; a son, Nute Anderson, Cedar Rapids; a sister, Myrtle Weathersm of Sedalia, MO; 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Wickham was a member of First Lutheran Church. Services: Beatty-Beurie chapel at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday by Pastor John M. Jensen. Interment: LaFayette cemetery near Alburnett. Friends may call at Beatty-Beurie's after 7 p.m. Sunday.
